VeZot HaBrachah, the final parsha of the entire Torah, is read on Simchat Torah, before we begin the Torah all over again. The Ba'al Shem Tov teaches about this special parsha that we can transform a hardship into a blessing — by connecting to Da’at (a state of conscious awareness). It's not about ignoring the difficulty, but shifting how we relate to it.
We'll explore this through two short movement flows. The first meets a difficulty as we rise into Da’at. The second is a small variation on the first, moving from the place of higher awareness to transform the difficulty. Accessible class, open to all — no prior experience necessary.
